In the spirit of transparency, I stand by my invitation to you.
Suryalila is special, it’s a bit boho but as my teacher Rod Stryker said on Instagram;
“There’s something about this place. The rhythm of the land, the care of the staff, the nourishment of the food, the generosity of space and time…..it allowed people to reconnect not just with each other but with meaning and purpose”
The spaces in which to practice are sometimes intimate and sometimes awe inspiring. I have to say the massage space experience was pretty helpful and healing and knowledgable.

The highlights for me from my stay at Suryalila

The vegetarian and vegan food is so fantastic as the produce is marvelous. They have these themed dinner nights from time to time. We had Japanese, Greek, Indian. I had the most superb mayo and aioli I have ever had and both were vegan.
There are dining areas both in and out doors and not all the tables are together.
(They are dotted about the patio and gardens which I loved)
They have a very pleasant little shop. Too pleasant actually.
I had two massages which were so good.
Even though I personally did not experience the hikes and walks, I canvassed opinion from those who did and they surveyed really well. Some were transported to a river walk and dip in the mountain water ending up in a bar in a small village. Some tramped over the hills and through the autumnal farmland to a village and had a simple lunch there and then tramped back. Each tramp being 1.5 hours. You can see why I canvassed opinion! I observed from a hammock with a book and a glass of rose. Chillax.
The pool area is very amicable with sun beds and a salty water pool.
We also have a sauna night. It’s hilarious actually. They switch on the sauna for about 3 hours on a particular night and about 8 people can huddle in the sauna at a time and then after a shower leap into the pool. It’s quite quaint.
Now the showers leave a lot to be desired in terms of luxe but you know, there are massive water restrictions in Spain
and particularly in Andalucia.
All the loos outside of your bedroom are composting toilets. Very excellent they are too. The whole eco thing is taken seriously here. As it should be. The toilet paper mind, takes no prisoners.

LOGISTICS

I have 4 levels of accommodation and most of you have already stated the sort of accommodation you are looking for. However, it is important to take note and then decide. It’s more complex a structure than usual. The transport access will also be a a wee bit different. There will be 3 scheduled times during the day of arrival that I will have a transit standing by
at Seville Airport for your transition.

This is what your package will include:

3 yoga sessions on most days
Transfers to and from Seville Airport
A 90 minute massage
A sound bath in the Om Dome
A trip/excursion of your choice for example - to Ronda,, to River Walk, to Seville etc. Your choice
Restaurant lunch
All drinks/beverages
3 meals a day
7 nights Accommodation.

The deposit is €900.00

Please note well. I had a good look around the shared bathroom situation and honestly it was very manageable
because they actually house us together. Each group has it’s own shared housing.
So yes, you are sharing a bathroom but it won’t be with a stranger.
